Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

ArthEsy offers shipping within the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe, and we also provide international shipping to countries where our fulfillment partner, ShipBob, operates. While we aim to make our products accessible worldwide, certain locations may have restrictions due to shipping limitations or regulations. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We currently offer standard shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Isle of Man to the UK: 3-5 working days

  • Isle of Man to Europe: 7-10 working days

  • Isle of Man to International Destinations: 10-14 working days

While we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, factors such as customs processing, local postal service delays, and peak periods (e.g., holidays) may impact delivery. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.

3. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping for orders that meet the minimum purchase amount, depending on the destination:

  • Isle of Man: Free shipping on all orders.

  • United Kingdom: £1.20 

  • Europe: £2.00 

  • International: £5.00 

 

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We reserve the right to update shipping fees as needed.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped by ShipBob, our third-party fulfillment partner. Processing times may vary, but we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible after payment is received. Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email. However, we do not currently provide tracking information for shipments.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional issues such as lost, delayed, or damaged shipments may occur. In such cases:

  • If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue.
     

  • If a shipment is confirmed as lost or undeliverable, we will offer a refund or a replacement at our discretion.
     

If a package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damage, and we will assess whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.


We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will handle such issues on a case-by-case basis.

6. Address Changes and Order Cancellations

We follow ShipBob’s policies regarding order modifications after purchase. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

7. Customs, Duties, and VAT

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or VAT may apply depending on the destination country. ArthEsy reserves the right to adjust shipping fees with these charges in mind. However:

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees or taxes required by their local authorities.
     

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping times.
     

If a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address details, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
